At OZ Soccer Breaks, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and your consumer rights.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods you purchase:
- Have problems that would have stopped someone from buying them if they had known about them
- Are unsafe, significantly different from the sample or description, or don't do what we said they would
- Have a major fault that cannot be easily fixed
These rights are guaranteed by law and cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights under the ACL still apply to sale items if they are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at ozsoccerbreaks@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will assess your claim and provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL.
Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
For returns due to faulty or incorrect items covered under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover return shipping costs.
